Im going to create a new website....need some advice

Hi,
Im going to create a new web site about google adsense. Im specialized in that field and i know many ways to get an approved adsense account.

I like to know your ideas about this. or any advices please?

Any ideas if a domain name? do u have beautiful templates to use here? (free)
(All free stuff are welcome, im not going to buy anything from you)
