I'm quite healthy to be frank. I only booze 3-4 times a month..
I run 2 miles a day and I hit gym 4-5 days a week consistently.

Yeah it is so so. Other beer brands over here are even worse so I prefer Budweiser these days. I wish we had more breweries over here like Europe. We have a couple of those in kolkata but the price is as high as fuck lol.

I order some beer from Germany - actually we're only 2 hours with a plane away from there but our beers are more than awful.

Never been to Germany (well, not out of the airport that is) so I can't tell how good it is, but I have had czech beer (tried everything basically.. starting from pilsner style to American style) and it tastes like heaven. I assumed that the whole Europe would be like that lol.
Still I feel your beer will taste better than the indian beer because india doesn't grow it's own hops.
