This was always on my mind. Now, time has come.
Evidenced something amazing yesterday night which is pretty relevant to what I wanna do with this life.
I don't want wine to be a show stopper..It is literally taking away 5-6 hrs of my day.
Will I booze again? Yes, of-course!
But I don't see myself boozing again until 2022.
5 years of hardcore learning/prep life style..
Probably never a Shit Post from me again..

    Cheers For One Last Time;)

Goood luck man. Trying to quit MMJ Wax too (I live in Colorado). It doesn't take up tons of time, but I basically take a fat hit every 20-30 mins of so when im taking a short break. I tell myself that it helps me to sit here and work all day without going crazy, but really its just a money drain, which is not helpful for begginer marketers who need money to invest.

I quit smoking for life after 7 months of chain smoking. I love to run. Smoking made me incapable to run fast. I expel whatever puts me down from doing what I like. Same applies to wine, right now. I don't see myself boozing for next few years.

Nice OP, I was never a big drinker but a few months ago I decided to be conscious of when I was instead of always getting a beer or two with dinner and etc. Not getting headaches/hangovers to any degree and not draining money on booze is nice. And it's easy because I still have a drink or two when I want (not like I can NEVER HAVE A DRINK AGAIN) and if I do it's pretty much impossible to get a hangover because you need so little to start feeling it. I did miss the refreshed feeling you get after drinking a lot at night and waking up without a hangover but I started running and it replicates that well.

A big tolerance can be a massive, massive money drain, and it makes you a total idiot compared to what you could be if you were working sober. You think it makes you creative but in reality it makes you lazy and unable to form linear thoughts. Which can be good for inspiration and idea generation later in the day, but never a great idea to do it during a work day.

Quitting drinking cold turkey is not the same as quitting smoking just like that.

Alcohol withdrawal is one of the only withdrawals of substance abuse that can kill you. You may want to find someone who gives a shit about you to watch over you. I'm not even joking right now.

Wine is never an addiction for me. It was a supplement.
Yesterday, I realized what it's actually doing to my schedule, work, lifestyle.
Before it kills my offline projects, I killed it.;)

If it was negatively affecting your schedule, work, and lifestyle, then it was not a supplement, it was a crutch.

    Ya. Realized it yesterday!
My mornings are all fucked up.
Evenings, I start planning for what brand wine I have to consume.
Sometimes, It will be 11 AM by the time I wake-up.
    Seek Life. Isn't it?
So, my tomorrow starts at 5 AM. Should be FUN!
