Get joining fan pages on Facebook. Run give aways of say a free pack, make tutorials when I used to make beats I used love them and I know a few djs will promote your tunes, depends on the genre. Yes give better bulk deals, buy 4 pack get one free, it can be so helpful to a producer. There is one guy hes on twitter I follow an amazing producer and he uploads snippits of his tunes, then gives the link to his bandcamp, soundcloud, mixcloud etc. Get on Mixcloud and Soundcloud and Upload snippits of your beats, Myspace as well. I wouldn't recommed buying followers if you put your music out there enough People will really start to follow you. Good luck and keep us posted. Also hit up the local radio stations, online ones in your genre, send the dj's a sample ask to be featured on their show etc, you will be suprised some might take you up on it.
