I have a simple Google query for you that reveals a s&*t load of Internet Marketing and SEO PDF's, Zip's, Apps, etc.

Code:

intext:parent.directory intitle:index.of intext:mp4|mov|wmv|camrec|m4v|zip|rar|7z|exe|msi inurl:marketing|seo|affiliate

Use Google's own tools if you want to narrow it down to the last year et cetera.

We should put a master list of best queries together, Techxan's suggestion combined with OP is a good start.
