illegal to post reviews?

hey bhw! just got a brief question from a noob. is it illegal to post fake reviews and them make a profit from the product your making commission off of? so like maybe a weight loss product then setting up clickbank then making a website with before and after pics? just wanted to get some feedback off some people....

Answer is yes but the entire world breaks this rule.

Every commercial for every product and service has paid actors and fake reviews.

Well before promoting any product just search the history of that product and how many people have got benefit from that product and according to that promote the product.

Basically there are so many marketers who just want to do hard sell and hard sell so my advice is to promote that product which makes you feel more comfortable and pick a product which has a high trust factor.

Three things.

1. Yes, it is "illegal"...or shall we say frowned upon but like Codliver said above everyone in this world does it
2. There are hundreds of Gigs in Fiverr just for people to do video reviews on a product you choose
3. If you feel guilty doing this, even know every commercial in the world does this then you can ask the vendor for reviews if they have them or do a search on the product and see what people are saying in forums or blogs. With that said, 99% of those are fake too as I am sure it is an affiliate posting that to try to make a sale.

Concentrate on the features and benefits of the product you are promoting.....the vendor will have reviews on their site for the buyer to see
