[IG] Too many temp blocks, how to avoid it?

Since yesterday, I'm getting temp blocks for more 30 accounts. I couldn't even do the warm up for new accounts. As soon as I start the campaign to like 12-20 per day, I get instant block within minutes. Is this the proxy issue or new IG update?

100 to 120 sec delay between each action and 10 to 15 minutes delay between each operation..
