This is how you do it in PC.
Login to your instagram account in Chrome browser.
Right click anywhere on the page and click inspect element.
Select iPhone 6 Plus under the devices and set the scaling to 75%.
Now click on the camera button(located in the bottom-middle)
Select the pic and click open.
Press next.
Write your description and click share.

That doesn't look like Chrome. Are you using older version of Safari?
Install Chrome and if you're on Mac, press Command + Option + I or Ctrl + Shift + I if in Windows to bring up developer tools.
After opening developer tools, press Command + Shift + M in Mac or Ctrl + Shift + M if in Windows to toggle the devices.

I was trying both chrome & safari but not working. I was posted success on gramblr, before that I am used too many tags, they are not allowed
