is there an existing rule for that?

correct me if i'm wrong but i haven't read anything about it lately so i was wondering since if i kept posting, i might be tagged as spamming lol.

it is better if you post using intervals and at the same time unique photo or video
 
Why would you post more than 3-5 a day, its spammy. Max 3 a day is the best number, anything more than that will kill your account and engagement in the long run.

appreciated this and while there might be no rules for this concern, other comments says otherwise lol. guess i just have to be careful moving forward :)
 
They don’t have an exact posting limit, but you may trigger a spam warning if you post too much.

some people never learn .
 
Instagram doesn’t have an official limit, but posting too often can trigger spam flags, especially on new accounts. For safety, stick to 1-3 posts per day and focus on quality over quantity. Spacing posts out also helps avoid looking spammy
 
There's no official rule, but excessive posting in a short time can trigger spam filters. It's best to pace your posts.

You can only do a few posts on a new instagram account. Usually around 100per day. You should do them in intertavls. If you do more than that you risk getting your account limited (restricted) from getting views.
