IG Advertising

So as most of you don't know, I have not tapped into advertising on FB or IG, mostly I have done only native and adult display mostly in the nutra space. I have just launched a teatox brand, and started running tests on IG and I can't seem to get it done right at all!

Any tips on to target potential teatox customers, bidding, etc.
