IG account "semi blocked"?

I'm managing a customer of mine account to grow it. Fitness niche (but doesn't matter...)
I'm using a Github bot which work easily and quite well (no so much setting...but only to grow an account could work well enough).
I'm running it on residential home IP.
During the night the bot gave me a lot of error in following others account.
So I immediately thought to a follow/unfollow block (in these days one of the most hype topic here...)

Nevertheless all the actions "like" and "unfollow" and "comment" did work perfectly.
I've left le account to rest for 8 hours than I relaunch the BOT and everything re-start to work perfectly.

Now, after 4 hours working, the "following" action is blocked yet!
...but "likes" and "comments" and "unfollow" still working.

I've tried to follow others account from the Webrowser and it doesn't work!
Like, comments, and unfollow perfectly works in the browser too.

Any ideas on what is happening in this case?

Well its a follow block lol... thats why its called FOLLOW block. Other actions arent blocked..

My setting are:
Follow per day: 325
Unfollow per day: 324
Likes per day: 425
Comments per day: 50

Started in botting 3 weeks ago and grow of about +12/15 action per day on Follow/Unfollow/Likes starting from 80 follow per day.
No particular growth on comments (+1 per day)

I've read a lot of threads on follow block due, mainly, on bad proxy wich a LIKES block too in the same time...
That's why it had sound me strange...
