At first I would move in a country where my purchasing power is higher than my current location but still make sure it's a safe country (eg. Thailand). After when money is less important I would move out in Patagonia (Chile) on a ranch and enjoy the Nature There's a lot of great ranches for sale in Patagonia (do a Google Search and you will see what I mean )
