You should be fine I guess except for analytics may be which would report from the date you sign up again.
so i can make new gmail there is nothign to worry about because my website is running from 2013

If your old analytics is active and you have the analytics ID on your site you should be able to call Google customer support and transfer it to your new email. It takes a couple days, but it should be possible. I don't recall if you'll get historical data you'd have to ask Google.
