I push my client's Office Manager out of the chair at her own desk every time she asks for help figuring something out on the computer. Over the last 2 years, I have her trained so that as soon as I aim my ass at the chair, she jumps up and goes the other direction, because the ass is coming DOWN.
I only get "The Rage" during those incidents where there really is no problem, she "just wants to show me something", which requires me to stand there and watch her painful two-finger "hunt & peck" technique, then the LONG pause between manually typing in the URL and pressing the "Enter" key. I usually have to prompt her to "...you can just press the enter key. No need to push the green arrow, there." Each time it's brand new information to her. She never admits she's a complete dingbat with the computer while I'm in the middle of a finger-tightening, throat constricting, 11" steak-knife plunging, seething and murderous RAGE, no she saves the "Oh, I don't understand any of that computer stuff." line for me anytime I try to teach her even the most basic things about computing such as there's no need to launch a brand-new browser every time she wants to do another search, they have these things called "tabs", see, and...." "Oh. I don't understand any of that computer stuff." which is secret code for "I have no intention of learning anything, ever."
Maybe she would be more motivated to learn if I let her know that I've decided to allow her to live in order to avoid prison at least 5 times in the last year? Not because of any sense of human compassion, conscience or sense of responsibility. The threat of prison is the only reason why this woman is still alive.
Anyways, great video. Even more impressive was the music score, which should be credited, as I would go find out what it was, who did it, is there more to it, etc.... if I knew where to look.
