Identity uploads rejected automatically

Facebook account disabled for no reason and asking for ID. I sent 2 docum from the " other" category and thr bot it automatically rejection it immediately after uploading.

I tried 2 different types of documents same thing. I've tried several times no luck.

I need to recover this account as it is the admin of 2 business pages.

I have seen no way to contact support and I can't even report a problem with that tab.

Anyone know how to fix this?

yes, now a lot of accounts have uploaded documents, but they are all rejected
 
Are you sure that the DOB and name on documents are the same as in your Facebook profile?
 
Your ID photo needs to be the correct size and format. Along with that must have an face
 
If you sent local ID, perhaps try sending them Passport instead.
 
These could be the reason behind the rejection of your documents. Please make sure everything is right and try again.
  • Too blurry
  • Too dark or not taken in a well-lit room
  • Missing the required information
  • A picture of a screenshot or a photo-copied ID
  • Not properly visible with all four corners in the frame

A lot of facebook profile up ID should have been self-denied, you need to be the owner of the account, or your account has been stolen and changed information so it can't be recovered. Use your old device to restore your account

it's not have to be your ID problem.

basing on your case, I think your IP may be not clean enough on FB's eyes.

there are 3 important factors to bypass the ID verification: ID, IP and Profile.

we are making many ID verified profiles and BMs here without any problem recently. :D
 
try contacting facebook directly by sending a support form i think your problem is because the ip has many suspicious signs
