Idea for paid traffic

Hi,

Wanted to run an idea I have for paid traffic and see if you think it will work or not?

Get a website like "The million dollar homepage" with my own ads to my other websites and send paid traffic there (force the ads to get clicked) so my other websites get traffic. Would advertising on a website with paid traffic that comes to your websites make google adsense ban me?

Social networking like FB offers it's PPC
Classified ads
Email marketing
Solo ads
Advertising in related site like forum, eBay and others that allow advertisement.
