iconosquare blocking me??

hello guys,
i had a problem about accessing iconosquare (statigram) since i had a major windows software update, when i access the web from my windows, its shows javascript void(0), i've been googling for solving this problem for two days since the last time i try iconosquare on my mobile phones is work well. so i think, the problem is about windows update
but? today i found that all my pc's and phones cannot access the iconosquare (i need access this web for doing instagram bot)

my mac also get the same problem


so what should i do??

i've been try:
-update java
-update windows and browser
-update net framework
-enable javascript
-reset cache and browser setting
-disable pop up
-remove mcAfee
-reinstall java
-many others solution from google
but not getting a little results.

all browser and all pc and my phones
also i'll try my neighbour internet connection to try access the iconosquare (same ISP with me)
but it also cannot access the iconosquare
now the mega bot support tell me to buy a proxy
let me try
