After three years of work, I'm finally a "full time" YouTuber and have big plans for the future.

I'd love to answer any questions you have about growing subscribers, getting traffic, SEO, monetization, sponsorships and creating content. I hope I can at least provide some assistance to those that are trying to get their channel up from the ground.

youtubes monetization is absolutely crap nowadays. my earnings dropped from 7-8-9K months to 1.5-2.5k
hopefully it will bounce back

I came into this thread very suspicious of OP's claims.

Went to the article they linked, and was able to backtrack to the YouTube channel. Looks completely legitimate.

Great stuff, @kpetar. How have the subs and views translated to revenue?

I don't rely on Adsense.
Almost in every my video you will see logo of "Uradi sam", just like on cutting board here

"Uradi sam" in translation is "Do it yourself" and it is a largest DIY retail chain in my country. See here: https://uradi-sam.rs/

Mostly with product placement and advertising local companies from my country.

I Have build a new channel from 2 month ago intersted in kids games
i have bought about 30 games and make a video for each game the video about 10 minutes but not english
the problem bad views and subscribers what is your opinion what should i do to grow my channel (i optomise the video and add good description and good thumbnails and share on social pages)
my audience age from 4 years and above ( you know they depend on youtube suggestions not on search )

@kpetar you are saying to just don't rely on adsense and avoid networks. Then what else do you suggest to monetize videos on YouTube?
Secondly, what SEO should be done to get the video ranked higher?
Please guide!

I'm a comedian on youtube with about 60k subs, but my channel grows really slow, my content is great, i have a ton of "millionare" youtubers that watch me, but my videos never seem to get the attention they deserve and its honestly depressing.
