I don't have much experience selling e-books, but I get the idea that there's isnt a big market in spanish. Also it depends on your target, I think you are much more likely to have success selling for people in Spain than Latin America

Of course, I think that Spain is the best market for the orientation of my blog. I do not rule out adsense since it is at a good level, as is ecommerce.

Don't do ebooks. You'll find them shared for free the next day of your promotion.
Spanish market can be profitable but you need to find a way to make money from something people can't steal you away.

I started a blog in spanish few months ago. So far, the experience of acquiring users and, in my case, banging a blog post, has been a motivation.
However I've been procrastinating a lot on creating new and relevant content.. so the user base is not moving forward.
If you can keep the work up and make an schedule for posting + promoting your blog via social media, you'll do great.
Later, when you get a great user base, you'll be able to get into adsense (but you won't make any moment if you don't get 1k UV) or start promoting cpa's or ebooks like some people said.

You can go for any geo.The profitability relies upon different factors which include your niche,good quality content,your advertising effort, everything will helps in ranking.

our audience is a gaming community that primarily speaks English.
But I wouldn't say that the Spanish speaking community doesn't exist. One of my favorite gaming YouTubers, MarielitaiWins, is a native Spanish speaker. She has 2 channels, one in English and one in Spanish. The sub count is ~117k English vs ~93k Spanish. Relatively speaking, that's not a large gap.
