I don't know if this guy is telling to truth or not but cut him some slack. Some of you are being harsh for no apparent reason.
Plus, most large corporations utilize compartmentalization, this is the prime reason why. If this guy did work for google and if google was dumb enough to tell him more than what he needed to know, this alone could make all of their future effort's futile. This is why most corporations, even small companies utilize compartmentalization. Even if you watch Matt Cutt's video that he makes answering webmasters questions, sometimes he says that he needs to ask people in this department or that department for the answer. Despite him working for google, a lot of things are way beyond his scope, as it should be.
I use this same mentality when I hire VA's, the last thing I want to do is tell my VA's exactly what im doing since there is no stopping them from just copying or stealing my methods. So I make use of compartmentalization so that way the information they have is not enough for them to do anything without the other pieces of the equation.

At Google they all use this same excuse, but if you translate that's mean:

Sometime they say it directly: i am not allowed to talk about this
But if they have to say it multiple times on a video they spun the sentence to: i don't know the anwser i have to ask to other departement

I think this thread is over mods please delete it I wont be posting anymore since you can now read the document yourself, I thought I was helping some people with it its interesting stuff and hoping on getting a discussion going but the whole discussion has become "this is a lie" "your not too bright""op is bullshit". Not worth my time, i'm gonna stick to being a lurker on the forum.
Asif posted the document I was trained on and tested on. There was more training after from some forum staff and comments from managers but not a whole lot more. If you read through that 160 page document that covers what we did, I would show the interface but I cant log in anymore.
mackays post was spot on and explained what I did. If anyone needs any help reviewing the document or has something they didnt understand in it, I can see if I can answer or help shoot me a message.

Don't be afraid to post again if you can contribute and add insight to what a Search Quality Rater looks at.
