I am not a designer, but have been working as a freelancer for years. I'll suggest that you try other sites except freelancer dot com. They've shitty rules.

For me best decision was making my own online tool for designers, where they can create some works and see my Adsence banners. Doing logos and stuff in 2017, when Mahmud from Kairo makes them for 0.5 cent per gallon is worthless.
