I want to hire local coder/programmers/designers

I want to start a small company to design and support some WordPress themes and plugins. I live in south Miami so I would love to find local people. Where do I start looking ?

1. I'm willing to negotiate compensation either a flat rate per job, by hour or profit share.

2. I want people that are ambitious and want to make it in life.

3. Open to any ideas, suggestions, if I think it would work I will invest on it.

Would depend on your budget if it's with it to be honest. High quality designs don't come by cheap and same goes for high quality programmers who are efficient at what they do.

Can you give me an idea of the amout of money I will need to start something like that
