i want to Decrease my Epc

Hello friends. I have a Movie / tvshows Site which is getting daily much USA traffic. I am earning good amount of $$ daily in that sites. My problem is i have a high epc which is not good due to non incentive offers. My admin asked me to increase the amount of clicks.
Currently i used to get daily 70 to 80 clicks with 45 to 50 leads ( Epc =$0.50 to $0.60). i want to decrease this epc to 0.10 - 0.15. how can i give fake clicking to that daily. means i need only 50 to 60 fake clicks only of USA. Please help my friends in overcoming my problem. Thanks in advance
