I have been in a company for four months. So far, I still don't know how to sell our marketing automation software. I don't know where to find customers. If I don't succeed, I may be fired by my boss. I want to learn in this magical forum.

try to promote your product as a website at adword and run campaign and try to grab customers from GMB listing and email marketing .. but the most authentic way to use adword for selling

Has no experience selling marketing automation software

Maybe selling marketing automation software is not the job for you OP

Try to create a marketplace account and create a post about your software in the marketplace section.

Joined May 23rd... no other activity on the site besides this post. OP may be covertly trying to sell us their automated marketing software...

Product familiarity is key. If you don't know how the product works, then you will not know who the product is for. Know how to use it and use your knowledge to your advantage.

There are so many free books on this forum on how to sell....I recommend you checkout the download section...but realistically maybe selling isn't for you!

Promote your software on social media platforms and forums. That way, you might increase awareness and attract potential customers. Still, paid ad campaigns are probably your best shot.

It's like running SEO agency and hiring external SEO consultant to consult SEO for your agency because you know nothing, John Snow.

No1 has mentioned this is like the 'humble brag' but rather the 'humble market'.

I know, go to a male dominated SEO forum and pretend to be a female in distress and see how many people will fall for it and say "Oh, I'll buy your software."

Are you an intern? I can't imagine a company , unless they are really small, being foolish enough to hire someone on who obviously lacks any experience.

OP, you need to start learning how to acquire leads, either organically or by purchasing them. And before you start using those leads .. learn your software. Make a test case with the software and see if you can leverage your software for the purpose your are trying to sell it for. If you can't be bothered to do any of this .. then theres honestly just no hope for you.
