Do you mean Wordpress Development? I'm also in the same journey, some weeks ago I found this course: https://teamtreehouse.com/tracks/wordpress-development
The course requires several pre-requisites, but hopefully you can learn all of them on the same website. Right now I'm taking several courses about HTML, CSS, Javascript which is necesary for the Wordpress Development Course
The quality of the courses are unbelieveable, pure gold. I strongly recommend it.

Get your domain. Get your hosting. Download Wordpress. Upload it to your server. Configure your database. Run the setup. By now you're halfway done. All that's left is setting up your theme.

As loedown mentioned, Wpbeginner is a good source for learning wordpress. YouTube has some pretty cool tutorials too. Why don't just check them out?
