I don't feel comfortable outsourcing my T1 web 2.0s. It takes time, surely, but they are important part of positioning, so I do it myself. T2, T3 I do outsource sometimes. I want to minimize risk of potential manual penalty for money site. For me, it's a long run game.
I am sure that some of the marketplace manual web 2.0 services are good, though.

Actually, there is very simple math to all of this. What is your average hourly wage? How long would it take you to make those web 2.0s yourself? How much is outsourcing? Compare the two and you get yourself a winner. Very simple.
