I should have continued on blogspot and leave a backlink.

This is a small lesson I learnt recently.

I was working on blog-spot and I decided to get a WP site and work on it. I kept posting all the posts there and I didn't pay much attention about the blogspot.

I was getting a number of traffic for the blog posts that is what really motivated me to get a proper website. The mistake it did was, I didn't really work on a way to direct that traffic to my WP site by leaving backlinks. I didn't upload any posts there also. It's been few months and I thought I will keep gaining some traffic as I did on blog-spot. But apparently it doesn't work like that.

It seems like Blogspot is something after all. I think google tend to show more articles which are been created with blogspot. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Now the posts I create on WP directly goes to the blogspot and hopefully people who read my blogs will visit the website.

I have some questions
When should I start creating more backlinks?
Should I choose a tool for that or should I manually create them by making more blogs?

Create them manually. using a tool will only give you tier 3 backlink. like any blog you need to keep update your content to keep returning visitor revisit your blog.
otherwise it's just new visitor for every traffic.
