That means the blog you linking to your domains has to be relevant to your niche, check the samples whether it has better metrics DA -more than 20+ for PBN and niche links, Traffic domains it has to be 40-90+ range as per blogs, second thing if you notice too many irrelevant articles or without traffic from the expected audience never try that.
While doing diversified link profile do some mixed keywords like naked URL and generic anchors as tier 2 links could help your traffic better..
