You should build your back link profile with high quality links that are relevant to your keywords and mainly with unique content. For now try to find irrelevant link profile and try to remove them, then adding back links or adding unique articles could help better.

First of all what does this Quality backlinks mean. Every backlink service says you can rank. Obviously before purchasing. If you guys can be specific it would help a lot specifically if you recommend a service or person.

Where should I get the best links any service or person would love to get those links from them.
I have a good budget to get started i have sites with income and many without income i want to grow the not ranking websites.
Also following the same i did for previous sites is not working at all.

Are you familiar with google penguin algorithm? Targeting keyword anchor text will cause penguin algorithm to reduce your rankings if you haven’t built enough branded and generic anchor text links. You may simply just need to build brand and generic anchor text links now. If you built 100 keyword anchor text links then you need to build about 400 branded and generic anchor text links to start and see if that changes things.

I think my problem probably is that overall monthly i am losing referring domains and backlinks instead of gaining it. Is there a solution to that other than buying backlinks?

You can make your own bots. You can register accounts and post content manually on web 2.0 websites. You can buy different tools like rankerx, and gsa ser.
I recommend you just buy the links unless you want to spend a bunch of time and money learning how any of what I mentioned works.

As you said i learned about rankerx and gsa ser do these tools really work. I mean have you every seen results. Also if thousands are people are making links wouldn't that hurt me instead

After reading your last question, I still recommend you find another service like your last service, and just buy the links. I don’t mean any offense, I just think you will waste a bunch of time trying to use them. If you have the time AND money to set up more websites, and try these tools out - go for it. Get ready to spend a lot of money on this test though.
It’s easier to just go through the marketplace thread by thread until you find a seller that can replace your last one.
