I need your suggestions!

I'll try to keep this short and simple as much as I can.

Problem:
I live in a 3rd world country and the major problem I face is the financial issue. People who live in the 3rd tier country know how big of an amount $1000 is so I can't really spend much on IM but I'm not expecting big returns as well.

Background Detail:
I don't usually speak openly about my mental health out but since it's a forum where I'm just anonymous to you people, I'll just say, it's been tough for 2 years and I really wanna get out of this bubble. I took a gap year for university just so I can focus on my career choice. I got myself an online job doing Digital + Social Media Marketing + a strategy maker (and additional graphic designing and video editing if needed) locally and I'm getting $150 around a month. Sounds like a lot of work for $150 but that's only because I'm flexible and it's a local organization.

Why I'm not choosing to work for International Organization?
I actually used to do a bit of freelancing for a few organizations 2 years back when I had no mental stress until recently, I decided to create a portfolio website and start running ads locally or buy JR.VIP here on Blackhatworld. Now, the thing is, I'm not getting enough $$ to keep the promotion and website running every month and If I risk it all (i know it's all about taking a risk and getting a reward) I have fear of losing it all again with everything going around my head.

Now I'm stuck. I can't take any more breaks because I've been doing that for a long time and I don't know If I should push myself up in IM. I'm trying to stay as positive as I can. I'm proud that I'm capable enough to call myself a dedicated, passionate, and hard-working person. Let me know what you guys think. Apologies for my English as It's not really my native language.

You can do freelancing on various websites. Second, a domain is $4-5/year and hosting the same, if you go with a cheap shared one. So, domain + hosting = $10.

You said "apologies for my English" I think your English is really good and my advise for you is that you should start a writing service here and you can make a decent money from that. Please IM me and I can give you more of my thought on this if you are interested.

fiver and upwork got too much competition, so i dont really wanna go on there. Rest, im planning to buy hosting and a domain this black friday from namescheap so yes thats on my list thankyou for your reply

good advice and I agree with you at the most point since I'm that person who doesn't like wasting time and sitting on the chair doing nothing. I took great use of Covid-19 by spending my time learning. It's the time that now I bring all my learnings into practice.

You can try fiverr, you have some experience so you can give it a shot. Upwork is entirely different beast, you gotta be seasoned freelancer to be successful there. Fiverr is inbound and upwork is outbound. Theres difference there.

I get it, I got a question for you thou. Considering that you're from India, do you think JR.VIP is worth it in terms of listing your services and renting your signature? I see you have a portfolio website. and since I'm also thinking to create one and sell my services here on BHW marketplace and website both. How is it overall? I agree with the post by ScribScribScrib. You should be rest assured.

Monetize your skills to earn few quick bucks. Keep working on it until you have enough capital to reinvest. Sounds easy, i know. But that's the only way forward when you're starting from the bottom.

There are very many rich people in 3rd world countries. And you can be one of them.
Just change your mindset. Yes, online opportunities are plenty and unlimited. But you need some expert skills to tap into the trillion of dollars in freelance. Just assess your skills, you may be having a host of offline skills that you are not converting to $$$. Start by doing a SWOT analysis on yourself—the zero in some skill that you can monetize offline or offline.

Loved this motivation and yes, I do have even better skills offline than online (this is coming from someone who's not confident enough about himself but trust me when I say this) but there is a lot of jealousy among people in the environment. I have been pushed out several times by people just because I know better than them at this age and this made me lose many opportunities. However, I was never demotivated from these situations, in fact, it made me believe in myself more and more.

I faced similar crossroad few years ago.
What I did was fully man up, keep a healthy lifestyle and do two jobs.

On the day was running a local business under the loan. (startup)
Rest of the day I was learning about IM, chasing client at HAF-BHW section etc.
I learned a lot, I invested some of the real-life earned money. Lived at the edge and it definetely paid up.

It's all good now.

I'm pretty sure you can earn more than that here on BHW if you join jr VIP and start selling your services, also use your signature to promote your services and be active.
