Try artisanal stuff or Handmade stuff
One priceless advice i got for you is, it's not the product that sells specially in Etsy, it's the story behind it that sells, example, offer traditional rugs, and explain how people walk long distances from a village all the way to the association where they are able to make them in order to support their family blablabla

bro i know that Etsy is main marketplace of handmade products but i don't have so much idea that how i can find a proper niche
