As above, what have you done so far, what are you stuck on?
If you can at least divide your project into sections and tell us which sections you are stuck on we can probably help, if you dont even know what you have got to do, let alone how to do it, then you are not ready to start on the project!
If thats the case, search on here for 5-10 journey threads about MNS sites, niche sites and/or authority sites and get reading until you at least know what you dont know!!
