Filter offers by epc minimum 0.10 and up.
Avoid offers that have daily cap, though they might be well converting.
You have to give the user what you promised by showing the incentive.
Experiment by yourself until you find what’s working. Don’t totally reply on others as what worked with them might not necessarily work out with you.

There is no 100% conversion mate. Some people are gullible enough to finish the offer.
