I need someone that has the ability to give me a ready VPS with a working adwords account.
The account should be working with a running campaign ( can be any campaign).
The account must able me to add my own virtual credit card ( Entropay) as a form of payment.
Only after the account is running with my own virtual card, I consider the task as success.
The Freelancer must know how to do it with multiply account without any problem.
