Hi guys!
I have YouTube channel with many views and I'd like to monetize them! I'm trying with cpa offers that I insert in description box under the video! Is this the right strategy? I have low clicks and 0% conversions! Do you have suggestions for me?

That's what your suppose to do. Buy views to help rank your video and then wait for your money to come rolling in.

You need to have your video popular to make some money. Just wait for thousands of views and then money will roll on. Your strategy is correct.

your conversion rate will depend on the niche your video is in! if you have a video about 2 dogs talking and in description you offer iphones )) you will have a lot of views on the video but probably 0 clicks on your link
