I need help with a simple bot

Could someone help me with this, please?:
I need a simple macro (firefox addon imacro) which will change proxy and clear cache every time I wish for it to do so.. Basically every time it goes to website x. So what the macro has to do is simply click on one spot in a page, it will go to a new page, then go to the site it began with but with cleared cache and a different proxy.

Thanks teeniegenie, but I'm not ready to pay (that much) for it..
