I Need Help To Know How This Affiliate Link Clocking is done! Argent

Hey, my name is Mjadon and researching affiliate marketing especially CPA offers in the middle of my research I came across an affiliate link clocking that I was not able to understand how it could be done. I also want to do this type of link clocking and use it on social platforms. Any can help me who has better knowledge related to this can be very helpful!

The thing is when I open this link (https://bokepxxx1199.blogspot.com/2024/06/chudai.html) it redirects to an API user and then to an affiliate link what is happening here and how can i do this type of link clocking?
