I've put this out to mainstream freelancing sites where I've hired before, but the responses have been fairly worthless. We sell physical products on iOffer. We need an application to automatically capture order data from iOffer and send an invoice request through PayPal, then update iOffer once payment has been received. We do not wish to use iOffer's built in integration with PayPal. iOffer does not have a public API, so a creative way of accomplishing this must be found.
