I need help choosing membership site template plz

Hi all,

I am looking for help trying to choose a pre-built or templete for the service I am offering. Free or close to it would be good as I'm just getting started on a shoe string budget....

Here is what im looking for.... I have a site that will provide a service to end users...

what I call vendors will sign up and pay a nominal fee for a year for end users to find them...

end users will use it as a search engine for this service per se and then site will match the two together based on geographical location and they can strike a deal....

Any help is greatly appreciated...
