Because I'm looking for somebody to help me with their services, I thought it was the best section, I'm newer here I apologize if this was not the correct spot

Yeah, you aren't actually paying anybody, so you aren't actually hiring anybody.
Maybe somebody will feel generous and volunteer to help you out.
Also can't you get software to do what you want?
