Anyone knows a service which sells cheap low quality or high i dont really care, for cheap like 0.60-0.70 for 1k?
and minimum pay should not be $5 or $10, all i want is to pay 1k views for $0.70 or $0.80... etc. (less than a $1)

Get the Tor browser and go and look on Silk Road, there is a guy on there (profesorhouse) selling views up to 1 million. I haven't tried but looks good. Be careful with this guy though (many think he hacked silk road) and make a small order/check his reviews/history before making any serious purchase etc..

There is several in BHW marketplace but they are not cheap like you need.

You can get them but they wont be very fast but take more time for completion, what is the volume you need, pm me

For $10 you can get enough views with custom referral from traffic exchange programs.
