I need advice with KVS storage

I have an adult site with KVS. I have a dedicated server for 140$. The problem is that I want to stop uploading video content to the same server because there will be problems in the future.
I have now uploaded about 40 videos and google has started ranking them.
Now I'm thinking of running the site on a powerful VPS and I'm not sure about the video storage. Is it better emded from shared storage, like doodstream, filemoon. And then move to a dedicated server. Or try to find a dedicated server right away?
The problem is that the budget would be on storage around 100$


Any advice?

Use third party video streaming solutions, 100$ is too little to self-host on-demand video.
