I need advice on promoting Twitter

I started promoting OnlyFans models on Twitter. I created very similar to the real account - model accounts.

They are really hard to distinguish, they do retweets, likes and are identical to any profile on Twitter

I started doing mass subscriptions, but no one is subscribing back. Made over 500 subscriptions (from 10 accounts) and got almost no feedback. Subscriptions from fans

What could be the problem? Why aren't people subscribing to us? If you are promoting on Twitter, what strategy can you suggest? For onlyfans models

Accounts you think are real may actually be someone's sub-accounts.

The shared content may not be pleasant to come for the second time, and it may no longer attract the attention of the user. Catching an active network is difficult, but it works.

There are more cases than my assumptions, you need to describe in more detail to solve ur issue.

Twitter is loyal to the adalt content on the wall, it does not block for that
