I need a social media app

Okay guys so I'm looking for an application and or app that I can use. Willing to pay a monthly bill to add likes, and custom comments to Instagram photos.

Does anyone know where I can find this application!

P.S I am not looking for software where I have to buy or have proxies, or purchase and or create instagram acccounts none of that! A simple application that I pay monthly bill to generate likes on to my photos and custom comments.

Does it exist????? | If not someone build it I'll be your first customer Lol hahaha
