There are a few... Just check the web scraper.. There is even WP plugins .. I don't remember anything at the time except the Seo content machine. I have been using it for the last 6 7 years and recently they upgrade their scraper UI and everything. It does your job but I think still on beta. Also Shark scraper... Scrapebox also does.

I will research the Shark Scraper and Scrapebox. It would be great if I can use it on my blogspot site.
