I need a anti-dmca vps hosting / dedicated server with autoscaling

So i was building a porn website and i started to think about the hosting. Of course it needs to be anti-dmca, i read some reviews about shinjiru and i like that one, but then i realized that maybe the traffic would increase a lot in a really short time period (The content is REALLY good).

I know about the autoscaling in amazon, but any hosting that offers it with anti-dmca?

Or i need to go with maybe 4 servers and a load balancer?

For programmers: Im developing the website with vuejs and it can be STATIC, not server needed. I will be using firebase in the start and then i will switch to a local db.

You better need cloud based solution with horizontal and vertical auto scaling. I have seen such options. That is good solution and you pay only for used sources and can serve the peaks.
