I am not in USA.

To some extent my issue is resolved,, as I got 3 SEO clients from BHW, negotiating with 2 more,,,,, I hope I can hit $5 to 6K this month but sky is the limit. Still need expert opinions.
 
Why not build a quick site about yourself and your services, join a meetup of business professionals in your area, and start talking with people in those groups? Make a few great business connections and position yourself as a consultant.
 
I talked to several offline clients in this week, also I am going to take a short consultancy from a local project management institute.

All you have to do is call up 100 businesses that need a website or have a crappy website and sell them a wordpress website with a nice theme for $200 :-)

If you're any good at SEO and have proof ... you can sell your SEO services ... I figure you ought to be able to get results for a client with an hour of work per day ... I do. So, let's say you can handle 4 clients.

Month 1, get and keep 2 SEO clients at $2,000/month each = $4,000 total income this month.
Month 2, get and keep 2 SEO clients at $2,000/month each = $4,000 (from month 1 clients) + $4,000 (from month 2) ==> $8,000 total income this month, and $12,000 total.
Month 3, keep your 4 existing SEO clients happy this month = $4,000 (from month 1 clients) + $4,000 (from month 2) ==> $8,000 total income this month, and $20,000 total.

Enjoy your new home.

Uh, where in Florida are you talking about?

To live without roommates and in safer area around me, a 1 bed costs about $1250 a month not including electricity or cable TV or Internet...

If you want to live in the ghetto it's still $800.
 
Here in my area I saw few people selling crappy wordpress & blogspot sites in $50 to $150 depending on fake story of making them BIG money through Ads or something like that.

I need to offer REAL service that passes a value to client on monthly basis.
 
It's gonna take some more time to archive 7K in 1 month working 3-4 hours a day goal.

Use sites like Adbeat and WhatRunsWhere and research what other people are advertising. Find the ones who are making money, create ads and run them on those same sources.

Nothing is guaranteed, but that's the best chance you've got. If it fails you will be closer to making more money than SEO will ever give you.

Slightly OT but I'm gonig to start playing with media buys shortly.

I'm going to use CPVlab to track it all, but how do you split test the actual banners you do media buys with?
 
Get out there on your legs, and meet and talk to some people who know and can talk to some more people who matter. Some of them may need your services...
