Never seen that before. Maybe the network paid you for somebody viewing it (which still wouldn't make sense to me) or the content locker was completed and the payout is actually that bad. If the latter is the case you need to switch offers because nobody should be willing to even wipe their ass with 8 cents/conversion.

I made that low money several times. It's usually what they pay for tier-3 countries. I get as much as $4-$7 for tier-1 traffic. You'll make more money if you send more traffic to your locker.
