I just got good micro niche without compation

Hey I just got micro niche with globe search 40000 and local 5000 , compation showing in Google adword tool is just 0.13 (what does it means)

OK , I seen no one ranker has just 20 link ( as shown in google) and yahoo showing 441 inlinks.
Please suggest some tips to get listed in first page maybe first 3 .


Please give me some tips to get some money from adsense ....

Is that number from the "Phrase" "Broad" or "Exact" method in the Google Adword Tool?

If Exact build a site around those keywords.
