I have the plan to buy GSA or BMD! But I have never used them! Can you give me some ideals? I want a fair assessment is to choose!

No comparison possible between GSA and BMD.
GSA builds many different kind of backlinks in whatever style you want. Software updates are free and updated on regular basis. New platforms are added and updated on regular basis.
With BMD, i think you will be only able to make bookmarks only.

He would have said that then, no one confused the two if they're experienced enough to the point where they should be investing in software.
OP, you're not experienced enough to be investing in software.
Go to the BST and find a provider. You'll save money in the long run until you learn which software you need instead of want.

Bookmarking demon submits only to a limited amount of social bookmarking sites, it's very easy to use but quite slow. GSA submits to bookmarking sites, guestbooks, blogs, image sites, forums, directories, web 2.0's etc. It's a bit harder to use but it is very quick.
My vote goes with GSA every time.

You understand GSA, though. A lot of people don't.
Your other thread proved fairly well well that in the hands of people who think GSA is plug-and-play, it's no better than other software. Also that wayyy too many people, with businesses here and elsewhere, who have called themselves experts, never bothered to understand the software. It may be more expensive, but if people just want to press buttons, they should get senuke(and even then it won't be as good).
If you get GSA, you have to alter it to make it work. It is so customisable, but so few people bother to tune it up.
And it doesn't help when GSA by default added stupid as shit links. Happy they've gotten rid of most of them but appalled they were in there to begin with.
OP, SEO looks like it's plug-and-play. It is not.

GSA=good choice, super support, worth the price
UMD=not updated+no success+no fun, I can't recommend it
I would not compare those tools, GSA is a mighty tool and has better capabilities but can even do more damage using it as a no-brainer app like UMD.
I personally like the way GSA SER is structured, it's a pretty clear and intelligent development.

I agree, a good workman never blame his tools! But GSA beats BMD hands down in every category.

BMD is not going to provide you with the results that GSA will. Definitely choose GSA.
